Business Dashboard for Sales, Growth, and Operations

I built a custom Klipfolio dashboard system for a video streaming company serving daycare and education businesses. Instead of spending time creating KPI reports manually from ZohoCRM, the team could quickly track all the most important metrics in one place. This helped them save time, improve visibility, and focus more on growing the business.

Overview

A growing video streaming and camera system provider needed a better way to track business performance. Their key data lived in ZohoCRM, but reporting was manual, slow, and limited. The team needed dashboards that could show what was happening across sales, growth, onboarding, subscriptions, and churn. I built a Klipfolio reporting system that brought the most important metrics into one clear view, helping the team understand performance faster and make better business decisions.

Challenge

The client was spending too much time preparing KPI reports manually from ZohoCRM. They needed more flexible reporting than their existing setup could provide, especially across leads, customers, subscriptions, onboarding, and churn. Without a centralized dashboard, it was harder to quickly understand trends, spot issues, and see where the business needed attention.

Solution

I created a custom Klipfolio dashboard system tailored to the client’s reporting needs. The dashboards organized key business data into clear sections, including lead generation, customer growth, subscriptions, onboarding progress, cancellation reasons, and team performance. Instead of manually pulling reports, the team could now review important metrics in one place and get a faster, clearer understanding of business performance.

Results

The new dashboard system reduced the time spent on manual reporting and gave the client a more reliable way to monitor the business. Leadership could quickly see trends across sales, onboarding, subscriptions, and churn without digging through CRM reports. This gave the team more time to focus on strategy, growth, and operational improvements instead of preparing reports manually.
